The course
Teaching method
The course begins with a short theoretical part on land in which the take-off and flight techniques are explained to the students and then proceeds in the water with the practical part, always with the assistance of the instructor who follows the student’s development step by step.
Course and session timing
Course duration: 1 hour. This includes the time required to prepare you and your equipment and to get on the water. It is always possible to extend the course by subsequently purchasing additional lesson packages.
Pre-course experience
You must be able to handle planing on a windsurfer as well as using footstraps and a harness.
How to book
The date and time of the course will be agreed with ESS office staff.

What's provided
The course price includes the use of a radio helmet and a buoyancy aid, also a wetsuit (if required)
