The course

A two-hour coaching session for WASZP sailors. Learn from an expert! Two hours of experience transferred is worth 10 hours of swimming! NB: Students must provide their own boat.

Teaching method

1 hour of theory ashore on boat adjustments, trim in navigation, maintenance, launching and returning, etc. and 1 hour of practice on the water, supported by an instructor in a powerboat and using radio helmets. The course will have a maximum of two foiling boats on the water at the same time.

Course and session timing

Duration of the course: 2 hours, divided as follows. The time required to prepare the boat and for launching and returning included in the lesson. It is always possible to extend the course by subsequently purchasing additional lesson packages.

Pre-course experience

This course is for owners of a WASZP and assumes a basic knowledge of foiling and their own boat.

At any time in the duration of this course the instructor can summarily interrupt the lesson if any of the following occurs:
1) Increase in the strength of the wind
2) The arrival of wave conditions unsuitable for foiling
3) Insufficient sailing capabilities evidenced by the student
4) Excessive physical strain evident in the students comportment, symptomized by tiredness or shortness of breath.
If the lesson is terminated for points 1) and 2) the remaining part of the lesson will be rescheduled for another day.
If the lesson is terminated for points 3) and 4) the remaining part of the lesson will be cancelled.
